As a special product feature all wines within the Black Tower organic range are produced completely vegan. This is possible with highly modern and gentle ways of wine clarification.
Black Tower Organic Hedgerow is related to the common habit of growing organic grapes. By planting hedgerows between plots of vineyards vintners increase the activity of insects and other animals. This is crucial for the microclimate as it regulates most vine pests and diseases on its own without using any spraying.
