Description
Dagueneau, “Blanc etc…”
The most affordable and accessible of Dagueneau’s lineup, this cuvée is a blend of young vines across a handful of estate vineyards that ages in a combination of new/used oak and stainless steel. This is the wine to uncork if one is keen on tasting his 2019s sooner rather than later. Previously labeled as “Blanc de Pouilly-Fumé,” Louis-Benjamin demoted his own wine to Vin de France and renamed it “Blanc etc…” instead. Aside from that, what’s inside the bottle is exactly the same: a steely, ripe, wonderfully expressive Sauvignon Blanc that has few peers.
