Dagueneau, “Memento Mori”
This 2019 marks the second-ever release of “Memento Mori,” a new cuvée from Louis-Benjamin Dagueneau that was created to pay homage to his late father. It is a special parcel and barrel selection that was historically designated for “Silex.” Beyond that, I do not know much else—except that (1) we received just one bottle and (2) its price has soared into the stratosphere at auction.
