THE VIBRANT VINE – PHANTOM 750 ML
This is an intriguing, non-traditional, and absolutely appropriate and seamless blend of Pinotage and Merlot, grown in the south Okanagan Valley. Long maceration followed by an average 19 months ageing in French barriques encouraged phenolic development and complexity. Coffee, caramel, and toffee aromas continue on the palate, with silky soft tannins, and a seemingly infinite mineral finish.

Fun Fact; We made our Phantom wine specifically for our ‘Phantom of the Villa’ performances to be an easy sipping red wine, filled with drama.
