 Medium Salmon in appearance with a predominantly floral nose, the 2019 Rose is a traditional balance of Alsatian grapes Pinot Auxerrois and Gewurztraminer, blushed with Merlot.

Bountiful aromas of elderflower, peach and ripe pear invite you to enjoy this delicately dry Rose all summer long. Gentle and smooth on the palate, with low acidity and a clean bright finish filled with juicy Okanagan nectarines and peaches.

Pairings include soft shell crab in soft shell tacos, a patio, some sunshine and good friends!
