Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour with a bouquet of blackberry, currant and black cherry. Medium-bodied and fruit-forward. Juicy, fruit flavours of black cherry, plum and berry fill the mouth. Notes of cocoa, berry and spice linger on the drying finish.
Production Notes:
A trendy blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Syrah, all hand-harvested from the vineyards of the southern Okanagan Valley. The individual varietals underwent traditional red wine making with subtle oak integration.
Food Pairing NotesA perfect wine for pasta and red meats.
